Are all of the products on your site handmade?
YES! We hand draw all of our products on our website. Excluding collaborations with other artist where we work on certain parts of the design.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders received will be processed and shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii though USPS. We typically take 10-14 Days to process the order. You should receive a confirmation email about your order being “Shipped”. Orders that are going to the United States will take around 3-6 business days and International orders 7-21 business days.
That excludes PRE ORDERS. We normally don't do pre-orders but when we do it takes an EXTRA 7-14 business days to process through production/quality control. This depends on the product being shipped. Pins will take a little longer. Orders will not be shipped until all items for the orders are available to be shipped out.

Can I get tracking with my order?
Yes, you are able purchase tracking to add to your order! In our menu there is an option for US Tracking and International Tracking, please add the option to your order/cart. After we receive the order confirmation, we will process your order and email you your tracking number.
Will I be able to update my shipping address?
We process orders between 1-4 business days. So please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name and the correct address. Please be sure to double check your address and order prior to your purchase. We are not responsible for your order getting lost due to your address being wrong. Thank you for understanding.
If the package has been returned to us for incorrect address, we will email you to ask for the correct shipping address. We will re-ship it once as a courtesy. If your order is returned again, we will ask you to cover the shipping cost.

THIS EXCLUDES BIG PACKAGED ORDERS (Examples: Bulky orders, big sticker pack orders, big international orders. Reason being that the cost of shipping heavier items goes up)
I have not received my order yet, Is it Lost/Stolen?
We are not responsible for damaged/lost/stolen items due to USPS. We have no control over your package once its been shipped out.
But if you have not received your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name and address. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Refunds
We do not give refunds on orders placed. All sales are final.
We hope that our customers read the description of the items before ordering.
How much is shipping per order?
The prices for shipping & handling are automatically generated by the total weight of the order and will be updated when you check out. International shipping is also available!
Email/DM Response Time?
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond back. Our responses may be delayed during convention weekends, holidays, etc but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Best way to apply your stickers?
Make sure the surface you are applying to is dry and clean from contaminants.
We recommend applying one end of the sticker to the surface you are applying to and working your way along to free any air bubbles you may encounter.
WE RECOMMEND WET APPLICATION!!!
Also try not to use WINDEX to clean your application area as it may cause it to lift due to the chemicals in the product.
Do you accept collaborations?
YES! We like to indulge in doing collaborations with other artist/companys from time to time. Please don't be afraid to contact us through email/IG/FB to possibly work with us on a project!
Do you accept Sponsorship's?
Yes we welcome sponsorship's. Were glad to help sponsor those who help us. We can hook you up with free products etc.. To apply to possibly be selected, please send us an email explaining a little about yourself and why you should be chosen over others that may apply.

Restocking our Products?
We may restock some products on our page if we receive a high enough demand to make more. But some of our designs will be strictly exclusive and we will not reprint them.
